Detailed Itinerary

Day 1
Welcome to Colombia, Communa 13
Private transportation will take you from the airport to the hotel.
Medellín, known as the “City of Eternal Spring”, was once considered one of the most dangerous cities in the world but now stands as one of the most innovative metropolises worldwide.Let’s learn more about this spectacular transformation by discovering the Comuna 13 neighborhood and its street art, which gives us an insight into daily life in this area rich in history, and makes us understand the importance of urban art for social communication and identity.

Day 2
Guatape
Today we visit the surroundings of Medellín, including the iconic El Peñol Rock, where a climb up its steps rewards us with breathtaking views over a landscape of winding lagoons. We also visit the charming village of Guatapé, classified as a natural and environmental heritage. Return to Medellin in the late afternoon.

Day 3
Medellín – Nuqui
Flight from Medellín to Nuquí. Upon arrival at Nuquí airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to La Bayka Hotel. After check-in, enjoy a free afternoon to relax and take in the exceptional natural surroundings. The hotel is a true paradise for nature lovers and travelers seeking peace and a complete change of scenery. In the afternoon, enjoy a short guided hike to the Cascada del Amor waterfall.

Day 4
Whale watching
This morning, we head out to sea for a whale-watching excursion. Each year, these remarkable mammals migrate along the South American coast in search of calmer waters to give birth and nurture their young. Between June and September, Colombia’s Pacific coast becomes a prime location for observing them, drawn by its deep, tranquil waters. Return to La Bayka for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5
Thermale
After breakfast, departure to the hot springs for a relaxing soak in the heart of the forest, surrounded by a lush and peaceful setting. Return to the hotel for lunch, followed by a free afternoon to enjoy at your own pace or simply relax.

Day 6
Nuqui – Cartagena
Return to Nuquí by boat and transfer to the airport. In Medellín, a vehicle will transfer you from Medellín EOH Airport to JMC Airport for your flight to Cartagena.

Day 7
Walking tour Cartagena
We will then follow in the footsteps of the famous pirates and discover the “Pearl of the Caribbean,” a city with a rich and exotic blend of cultural influences that is sure to amaze. This excursion through the streets of Cartagena takes us back to the colonial era, with its colourful houses and lively parks. It is an opportunity to travel back in time and relive key moments in the city’s history, the second Spanish stronghold on the South American continent. Cartagena has been repeatedly attacked by pirates, the most famous being Captain Francis Drake! Let’s discover its beauty and witness the past.

Las Islas
Free day to enjoy your honeymoon.

End of the adventure
Your honeymoon comes to an end after nine unforgettable days that will surely inspire you to return. Transfer from your hotel to Cartagena airport for your departure flight.
