Tour of the historic centre
In the morning: Walking city tour in the center. You will discover the colonial district of La Candelaria, Bogota's historical center and its squares and markets. It is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and to understand their way of life.
In the afternoon: you will visit the famous Gold Museum (closed on Mondays) and Botero Museum (closed on Tuesdays) where you will be able to admire the masterpieces of the renowned Colombian painter and sculptor.
Historical visit of Villa de Leyva
Enjoy a guided walking tour of the typical Andean village with the huge Plaza Mayor. Visit the main streets and squares of Villa de Leyva, coffee and handicraft shops, a wool weaving workshop, the Mesopotamia Mill, a remnant of the Spanish era (we will discover how the mill works and the life of the local population at the time), and the convent of the Discalced Carmelites ("Carmelitas descalzas"): a community of Carmelite nuns living there in permanent retreat since the convent creation in 1645. They devote themselves entirely to manual labor and prayer.
Visits to museums and Raquira
In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to the village of Raquira, known for it's pottery and artisanal products. Have some free time to buy some souvenirs.

Then, we take a boat trip on the Magdalena River with picturesque landscapes where birds and reptiles abound to be explored on our traditional boat. Discovery of the Pijiño marshes, swimming and observation of the fauna and flora. The sunset is a magical moment.
