NNP los Nevados overview
The Nevados National Natural Park was created on 30 April 1974, in order to contribute to the conservation of ecosystems. It is a cold area with a climate ranging from 14°C to -3°C. Located in the central Cordillera of the Andean region, it is of great importance in this region due to its rivers and paramos, and is considered the heart of the Coffee Triangle.
This destination has a wide variety of fascinating animals (the Andean condor, hummingbirds, seagulls, etc.) and vegetation (orchids, mosses, etc.).
