Morning: We will start your visit of Bogota with Monserrate: You will take the cable railway to get to the monastery located at 3200 meters altitude. You will benefit from an amazing view on the whole Colombian capital. Back in the historical center we will visit de colonial center of la Candelaria, a place full of charm with its brightly colored houses, its balconies with sculptured wood and its flower-filled patios.

In the morning, departure at the airport of Bogotá. Flight Bogota => Neiva. After arrival, departure towards the Desert of la Tatoca. Free time for lunch at Villavieja. On the afternoon's agenda: Visit of the Los Hoyos (white desert) and the Cuzco (red desert). After having dinner in your posada, you will go to the astronomic observatory to observe the stars and planets at night. Departure in the morning to the village San Augustin, where you will also take lunch. Free morning. In the beginning of the afternoon you will go up to the Cristo Rey, where you have the best view over Cali, then you will go to the Chapel of San Antonio and the historical center of the city. You will visit two salsa schools. You will participate in a salsa class at Swing Latino, a school that has been six times world champion in salsa. In the morning, transfer to the coffee region in the north of Cali. Accommodation in a beautiful coffee-finca in the middle of nature. If you still have time left, you can visit the coffee plantations around your hacienda and discover the whole fabrication process of the coffee. Free time the rest of the day, so that you can rest. Today you will leave with a guide for a complete tour in the villages of the region. This excursion will be the occasion for you to visit the typical villages of the Quindio-region. During this tour in 4x4 you will admire the magnificent landscapes of the region and you will pass through various typical villages such as Cordoba, Pijau, Buenavista, Filandia … (may be modified). Regular stops are foreseen so that you can admire the surroundings, taste the fruit and take pictures. At the end of the day you will got back to your hacienda. After breakfast, departure with a local guide in the direction of Salento. You will go through the middle of coffee-, banana- and pineapple plantations among others.
After arriving in Salento, we will continue our road to the Valle Cocora, where you can find the main wax palms (a representative tree of Colombia).
Following the steps of your guide during the hike, you will discover an outstanding valley, where the “Palmas de Cera”, a national tree, give a surreal dimension to the landscape. You will also penetrate in the Andean tropical forest and go alongside the torrents. The exuberant nature will impress you.

In the afternoon, you will go back to Salento for a little walk in this typical village, that has been constructed in the middle of the 19th century at the food of the Central Cordillera of the Andes.

Return at your Finca to spend the evening and the night.
