Our sales conditions apply to all reservations and payments of our services. As a customer you accept them all and without reservation:



Every inscription will be validated after filling in the whole registration form.

If your inscription takes place more than 30 days before your tour’s departure date, it will come with a down payment of no less than 50% of the total amount of the tour (including flight). The remaining 50% will be imperatively paid before the tour’s departure date.

If your inscription takes place less than 30 days before your tour’s departure date, you have to pay the total price of your tour.

In order to be able to guarantee your reservations and the total cost of your tour mentioned on your registration form, the payment must be received no more than 5 working days after reception of your registration form.

The payment can be done via bank transfer or via credit card. The totality of the banking fees generated by this transaction is your responsibility (bank fee 4% when paying with credit card). AVENTURE COLOMBIA will not, under any circumstances, pay those fees.

Confirmation of the reservation implies between the customer and AVENTURE COLOMBIA Agency a serious and contractual commitment in which the customer accepts the present sale conditions.



Cancellation by the customer will incur the following cancellation charges according to the following conditions:
More than 21 days before departure: 30% of the overland transport services
Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the overland transport services
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the overland transport services
If any of our contractors applies special cancellation conditions, they will be indicated at the time of reservation and will apply according to the policies of the contractor. Also, any bank charges relating to refunds will be at the customer’s expense. The refund will be sent within 15 days of cancellation to the customer’s bank account.

Banking fees reimbursement is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 15 days prior to the cancellation and transferred to the customer's bank account.
Domestic flights:  
Airline tickets issued following the booking trip of the customer are not refundable. No refund is possible in case of cancellation and whatever the date. In case of any change of name, dates or reissues, a penalty of 50 USD will be applied per person.




The subscription by the customer of an international travel insurance and repatriation assistance in his/her country of origin is mandatory. You are requested to fill in the above spaces. In case of accident and/or repatriation, if the expenses are not or no more covered by the customer’s insurance, the customer will have to pay for it.  



According to the circumstances and in particular to ensure the security of the group, but also due to weather conditions or unforeseen events, AVENTURE COLOMBIA reserves the right to modify, directly or through its guides the services described in the itinerary (means of transportation, accommodation, itinerary, so as the dates or schedule of departure) without any compensation for the participants. Each participant must abide by the rules of carefulness and follow the instructions given by the guide. AVENTURE COLOMBIA is not responsible for accidents due to individual recklessness of a member of the group. The agency reserves the right to exclude at any time a person whose behavior would be considered as endangering the security or well being of the participants without compensation.



Your luggages remain permanently under your sole responsibility. AVENTURE COLOMBIA cannot be held responsible in case of loss of luggage or any valuable item.



If your flight is changed due to air traffic reasons, AVENTURE COLOMBIA cannot be held responsible. Resulting expenses would be assumed by the customer.  



Vaccination certificate against yellow fever is recommended in the Sierra Nevada. It is compulsory in the Amazonia and on the Pacific coast. Treatment against Malaria is recommended for the regions of Amazonia and Pacific. Regarding those matters we invite you to consult your attending physician. The customer has to obtain proper information before departure regarding sanitary rules required by Colombia.
